On-Account Billing
Everything Film Equipment offers on-account billing for approved business clients and sole proprietors with an established rental history.
An on-account profile allows you to place rental orders without point-of-sale payment and receive invoicing under standard Net 30 terms.
Who Qualifies For On-Account Billing
Billing accounts are available to clients who meet the following criteria:
- Active rental history – Minimum $1,000 in rentals within the past 6 months
- Registered business or sole proprietor with valid documentation
- Current equipment rental insurance naming Everything Film Equipment Inc. as Additional Insured and Loss Payee
Accounts are reviewed and approved at Everything Film Equipment’s discretion.
Account Requirements
To activate billing privileges, the following must be completed and submitted:
- Signed Account Agreement
- Valid credit card on file
- Authorized pickup personnel list
- Current insurance documentation
All documentation must remain current to maintain account status.
Billing Terms
- Net 30 days from invoice date
- 2 % monthly finance charge (24 % per annum) applied to overdue balances
Accounts with outstanding balances beyond terms may be placed on hold.
